Become a practice partner!

  1. Consultation: We will inform you in detail about the dual study programmes at SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
  2. Cooperation agreement: For the duration of the dual study programme, you will conclude a cooperation agreement with SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
  3. Matching procedure: We look for candidates who might fit your company. These candidates then apply specifically to you.
  4. Application process in the company: You decide on a candidate who will complete the dual study programme at your company.
  5. Training contract: You conclude a separate contract with the dual student. You are welcome to use our sample contract.
  6. Start: The dual study programme starts either in the winter or summer semester (April or October).

Organisational basics

The course of studies:

  • The dual student is in your company for about 26 weeks per year.
  • The practical and theoretical phases alternate either in intervals of 6 months (October - April or April - October) or in the case of the Social Work programme, in intervals of 3 months.
  • If you decide on 2 dual students, the students can complete the practical and theoretical phases in opposite directions and you have continuous support in the team.

Regulation of the cooperation with SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences:

  • You conclude a cooperation agreement with SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences and additionally a training contract with the student.
  • The academic education, which is concluded with an accredited, state-recognised Bachelor's or Master's degree, is the responsibility of SRH Berlin University of Applied Sciences.

Your investment:

  • You pay for the student's tuition fees - completely free of social security contributions.
  • You decide whether the dual student will receive remuneration in addition to the tuition fees.
